This policy explains how INNOVAITE S.R.L. handles personal data on this website and in the services we operate. Individual applications may have their own, more specific policy — where one exists, it is linked from the product and takes precedence for that product.

These pages are static. We do not run analytics, advertising or tracking scripts on them, and we set no cookies. Our hosting provider records ordinary server logs (IP address, time, requested page, user agent) for security and reliability; those logs are kept for a short period and are not used to build profiles.
Some of our applications let you sign in with your Google account. If you choose to do so, Google asks for your consent and then passes us a limited set of data: your name, your email address, your profile picture and a stable account identifier. We use these only to create and recognise your account, to address you by name in the interface, and to contact you about the service.
We never receive your Google password, and we do not request access to your Gmail, Drive, Calendar, contacts or any other Google service. You can revoke our access at any time from your Google account's third-party access page; revoking it stops future sign-ins but does not by itself delete the account you created with us — for that, write to us.
We send transactional email only: address confirmation, password resets, security notices and messages about your account or subscription. We do not send marketing campaigns from this domain, we do not buy or rent recipient lists, and we do not share addresses with third parties for their own marketing. Optional notifications can be turned off in your account settings; messages that are essential to the service (such as password resets) stop when the account is deleted.
We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf under contract: Amazon Web Services (hosting, DNS and email delivery, in the EU region), Google Workspace (our own company mailboxes), and Google as the operator of Sign in with Google and of Google Play where our Android apps are distributed. Payment processing, where applicable, is handled by the payment provider named at checkout; we do not receive or store card numbers.
Our infrastructure runs in the European Union. Some providers named above are established outside the EU; where personal data is transferred to them, the transfer is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism.
We process account data to perform the contract with you (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), security and abuse-prevention data on the basis of our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)), and anything you explicitly opt into on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a)). Account data is kept while your account exists and is deleted, or anonymised, after you close it, except where we must keep records longer to meet a legal obligation such as accounting rules.
Under the GDPR you may request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of processing, portability, and you may object to processing based on our legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting what was done before. Write to support@innovaite.today and we will answer within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Romania this is ANSPDCP.
Our services are intended for a general audience and are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal data; if you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will remove it.
If this policy changes we will update this page and the effective date above. Material changes will be published here before they take effect.
