Terms of Service

Effective date: 1 September 2026

These terms govern your use of the websites and applications operated by INNOVAITE S.R.L. ("we", "us"), a company registered in Romania, CUI 50304820, with its registered office at B-dul Regina Elisabeta 7-9, Camera 12, Etaj 2, Sector 3, 030016 Bucuresti, Romania. By using our services you agree to them. A specific product may add its own terms; where it does, those apply to that product in addition to these.

1. The service

We provide software for language learning and everyday utility tasks. We may add, change or withdraw features. If we discontinue a paid service, we will give reasonable notice and refund any prepaid period that you no longer receive.

2. Your account

Some services need an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly at support@innovaite.today if you believe it has been used without your permission. You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country if that is higher.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use our services to break the law, infringe someone else's rights, distribute malware, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' data, scrape or overload the service, or resell it as your own. We may suspend an account that does these things, and we will say why unless a legal obligation prevents us.

4. Your content

What you create in our services stays yours. You grant us only the limited permission needed to operate the service for you — to store your content, display it back to you and process it to deliver the features you use. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to advertise to you.

5. Our content

The software, design, texts and trademarks in our services belong to us or our licensors. You may use them as part of using the service, but not copy, modify, decompile or redistribute them beyond what applicable law allows without our written permission.

6. Payments

Where a service is paid, the price and billing period are shown before you buy. Payments are processed by the provider named at checkout, or by the app store you bought through; their terms govern the transaction. Subscriptions renew until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time with effect from the end of the paid period. Statutory withdrawal rights for consumers in the EU apply and are not limited by these terms.

7. Availability and disclaimer

We work to keep the services running, but we do not promise they will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may need to pause them for maintenance. Except for what we expressly promise here, the services are provided as they are, without further warranties, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.

8. Liability

We are liable for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, and for death or personal injury, without limitation. For other damage caused by ordinary negligence, our liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical for this kind of contract, and in any case to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event. We are not liable for loss of data you could have prevented by keeping your own backup.

9. Ending the agreement

You may stop using the services and delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access if you materially breach these terms, or if we are required to by law. On termination, the provisions that by their nature should survive — ownership, liability, governing law — remain in force.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes affecting an ongoing paid service we will notify you in advance, and you may end the service before the change takes effect if you do not accept it. The current version is always the one on this page, with the effective date above.

11. Governing law and disputes

Romanian law applies, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you habitually reside. Disputes fall to the competent courts of Bucharest, Romania, again without prejudice to your right as a consumer to bring proceedings where you live. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
